Questions

The things people ask us.

Is logging really free?+

Yes — unlimited, forever, on every plan. Record as many sales, expenses and invoices as you like, by text or voice note, without paying anything. We would rather you build the habit of recording every transaction than ration it. Your complete books are worth more to both of us than a few naira per entry.

Then what am I actually paying for?+

The documents you hand to customers. On the Free plan, invoices and receipts carry a small “Made with Tradeet” mark. Pro removes it and gives you a clean document with your own logo and bank details, plus the full web dashboard and monthly statements.

I already bought Smart Credits. What happens to them?+

Nothing is lost. We are converting existing credit balances into Pro access — every 100 credits becomes 10 days of Pro. You keep the value you paid for, and you are no longer charged per transaction to record your own business.

Do I need a card?+

No. You pay for a fixed period — a week, a month or a year — and it simply ends unless you top up again. Nothing renews automatically, nothing is stored, and no charge ever fails unexpectedly. You can pay by transfer, card or USSD through Paystack.

Why is there a weekly price?+

Because most traders think in daily and weekly cash cycles, not monthly ones. If it is easier to pay ₦1,000 on market day than ₦3,500 at the end of the month, pay weekly. Monthly and yearly work out cheaper if that suits you better.

What happens when my Pro period ends?+

You drop back to Free. Nothing is deleted, nothing is locked, and every transaction you have ever recorded stays yours and stays visible. New documents simply carry the Tradeet mark again until you top up.

Start on Free. Stay on it as long as you like.

Send one message, answer one question, and start recording today’s sales. Decide about Pro whenever you first have a customer to send a document to.

  • Recording is free and unlimited, forever
  • No app to install, no password to remember
  • Setup is one question, and it takes half a minute
  • Nothing is deleted or locked if you stop
